Don’t Miss VBS!
Volunteer registration is underway for Emerald Crossing VBS coming to HiIlcrest July 13-17. Over 100 adults and older teens will be needed to ensure that the VBS kids have a fun, safe, and spiritually enriching week in their Irish adventure through Psalm 23. Visit the display in the lobby or call the church office to sign up to be a part of this summer’s exciting kids ministry. Online student registration is open now!
We Are Hillcrest
We launch a new 4-week series on April 12—We Are Hillcrest—and it starts with a powerful reminder: this church isn’t a crowd… it’s a body. Each of us has a God-given role, and every part matters. Join us in-person or online on Sundays for traditional worship at 8:45 am or contemporary worship at 11 am.
Support the Alaska Team
Enjoy a delicious spaghetti dinner on Saturday, April 25, from 5-7 pm, and learn more about our work team heading to Alaska this summer to serve at Camp Li-Wa. Donations will be accepted to help the camp complete their well water building. Gluten-free pasta will be available.
Quarterly Gathering
Join us on Sunday, April 19, at 5:30 pm for a great night together as a church family. We’ll start with a dessert bar–you’re invited to bring your favorite dessert to share. During the evening we’ll welcome new members, vote to ratify updates to our elder/deacon leadership structure, hear encouraging ministry updates, receive a financial update, and catch the vision for what’s coming this summer. Spring Work Day
Lend a hand at Spring Spruce Up Work Day on Saturday morning, April 18. Join our trustees in getting our building and grounds ready for warmer weather. Sign up at the display in the church lobby (716-483-3331) or call the church office to join a team to wash windows, clean up the lawn, stack wood, or one of the other tasks on the list.
Young Adult Coffee Hour
If you’re looking to meet other young adults at Hillcrest, Pastor Ben invite young people (ages 18-35) to gather in Room 140 on Sunday, April 19, at 10 am for coffee, donuts, and conversation. Learn more about the Young Adult Growth Group which will resume in May and find out how you can connect at Hillcrest.
