Generosity Is Genius

This morning Pastor Mark will invite us to discover the genius in giving and learn how extending generosity can lead to unexpected blessings. As we examine several passages of Scripture, we will be reminded that we serve a generous God and how he calls us to be generous. Take a few moments to ask the Holy Spirit to move in your life today as you listen to the message “Generosity is Genius.”

Grow in the Grace & Knowledge of our Lord

As we are once again about to turn the calendar to a new year, Pastor Steve leads us in considering God’s “resolution” for the high calling of our Christian lives – to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” Have your Bibles open to 2 Peter 1:1-11.

Fall Concert of Prayer

Today we join our hearts and voices to offer up songs and prayers of thanksgiving. Our Concert of Prayer will follow four “movements”, praising God for spiritual, material, physical, and relational blessings. Prepare your heart to “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise!” (Psalm 100:4).

Caring for Your Pastor

Sharing God’s Word at Hillcrest for the first time today is Pastor Daniel Currie. Shepherding churches for over 40 years in Michigan, Pastor Currie has a heart for the ministry of the local church and is a seasoned veteran of pastoral ministry. In his message “Caring for Your Pastor” based on 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 and Hebrews 13:7, 17 he challenges us with our biblical responsibilities to our pastor.

Concert of Prayer

Welcome to “Concert of Prayer to Stand in the Gap.” Our worship this morning is arranged in five “movements”, each including music, testimony, scripture and intercession. We will celebrate God’s faithfulness and promises as we seek His powerful presence to invade the lives of others and ourselves. The service will conclude with communion and a time of quiet, personal prayer at the Lord’s Table. Please prepare your communion elements if you would like to participate with us.

Candlelight Service 2020

A King Is Born! Our Christmas Eve celebration brings us together to reflect on the joy and hope of the Savior’s birth. Be ready to join with others to light a candle to close our service.
