Messages on Christmas
Born of a Miracle
Today Pastor Mark continues our Christmas teaching series, Awaken: When Heaven Touched Earth, with a message titled “Born of a Miracle”. As we celebrate the heart of Christmas from Matthew 1, we’ll be reminded that God often breaks into our lives through what only He can do—calling us to trust, surrender, and obedience. If you’re a guest with us today, we’re so glad you’re here! Please leave a comment to let us know you’re worshiping with us today.
Out of Egypt I Called My Son
Today’s 3rd message of the Christmas series, “Awaken” is shared by Dr. John DeLancey. He will be preaching a unique “pictorial message” from the text of Matthew 2:13-23, “Out of Egypt I Called My Son.” Pastor DeLancey serves as the Director of Biblical Israel Ministries & Tours.
Journey to Jesus
In the second message of our current sermon series, Awaken: When Heaven Touched Earth, Pastor Steve re-introduces us to “magi from the east.” How do these very non-Jewish foreigners find their way to the Savior, why don’t others join them, and what do their stories reveal about our own?
A Royal Lineage-with a Scandal
Today Pastor Mark begins our new Christmas series, Awaken: When Heaven Touched Earth. As we enter this sacred season, we’re preparing our hearts to celebrate the birth of Jesus—the moment God stepped into our world with Grace, Truth, and Hope. In the weeks ahead, we’ll see fresh glimpses of how heaven broke into ordinary lives and changed everything. May this series awaken fresh wonder in you as we remember the King who came near!
Refocus
The transition from Christmas celebrations to the beginning of a new year provides a good time to evaluate priorities and set goals. Today Pastor Jon uses a familiar Christmas symbol, the candy cane, to help us refocus our attention on Jesus as we prepare for a fresh start in 2025 in his message “Refocus” from 2 Corinthians 5:14-17.
A Little Town & A Great Promise
This morning we conclude our Advent series looking back through the prophet Micah’s eyes. God promises the birth of a ruler in Israel who would come from Bethlehem, a seemingly insignificant town. Pastor Ben takes us to Micah 5 to explore how this prophecy is fulfilled in Jesus Christ, the Messiah, who would shepherd His people and bring peace.
The Rebirth of Hope
This morning, we continue our Advent series, “Through the Prophets’ Eyes,” with a message from Isaiah 11. In a time when Israel’s hope seemed cut down to a stump, God promised a shoot would grow—a Messiah from the line of David who would bring justice, peace, and restoration. Pastor Mark will lead us to explore how this prophecy points to Jesus’ first and second comings and how the hope of His reign can transform our lives today in his message…
The Light Has Dawned
Pastor Mark continues our Advent series, Through the Prophets’ Eyes, with part two: “The Light Has Dawned.” We’ll look at Isaiah’s prophecy of hope in the midst of darkness and see how it is fulfilled in Jesus, the Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. Jesus brings light to our world, including the dark places in each of our lives. Let’s celebrate the hope and joy we have in Him this Christmas season!
Our Heart’s Desire
Starting today we invite you to journey with us through the Advent season in our new message series, “Through the Prophets’ Eyes.” Each Sunday in December we’ll explore the rich, ancient prophecies that foretold the coming of Christ—promises of hope, peace, and redemption that were fulfilled in the birth of Jesus. As we look back through the eyes of the prophets, we’ll discover how these timeless truths still speak to us today. Today Pastor Steve begins the series by taking…
How to See God
We were born with a desire to love, know and see God. As Pastor Mark concludes our “Illuminate” Christmas series with Part 5 this morning, we return to John 1 to behold the wonderful news that God has come near in this message “How to See God.” Today we celebrate the miracle birth of the God-Man, Jesus, who came so we could experience God in his fulness.
BAM!
Jesus’ birth brought light to a dark world over 2000 years ago, and His light continues to illuminate darkness today. This morning Pastor Jon guides us in discovering what Jesus’ light revealed and how we can reflect His light to others. Have your Bibles open to John 1:14-18 for today’s message “BAM!” part 4 in our Christmas Illuminate series.
Reactions to the True Light
Jesus’ birth was met with many reactions. A few people welcomed Him, but most ignored his arrival or saw it as a personal threat. In week 3 of our “Illuminate” Christmas series, Pastor Mark will help us explore our own reactions to Jesus in his message “Reactions to the True Light,” and we will be challenged to fully embrace him as our Savior. As you prepare for worship, take a few moments to read John 1:1-13 and ask the Holy…
