Messages on Thanksgiving
Living a Life of Thanksgiving
Today our church family gathers for one purpose—to give thanks to the Lord for His great faithfulness. Pastor Paul Osborn will share God’s Word, and every part of this service is designed to lift our hearts in grateful worship. May the Lord fill this special morning with joy as we remember His blessings and give Him thanks
Fall Concert of Prayer
We are so glad you’ve joined us for this special morning of worship during our “Season of Thanksgiving, Praise, and Prayer.” This morning we will spend the entire hour glorifying the Lord through music, Scripture, and prayer. Guided by many leaders, this Concert of Prayer is designed to unite us in adoration, gratitude, and intercession as one body in Christ. Whether through song, spoken Word, or silent reflection, may your heart be lifted in praise and your faith strengthened as…
Fall Concert of Prayer
Today we join our hearts and voices to offer up songs and prayers of thanksgiving. Our Concert of Prayer will follow four “movements”, praising God for spiritual, material, physical, and relational blessings. Prepare your heart to “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise!” (Psalm 100:4).
Thanksgiving Service 2022
If God “owns the cattle on a thousand hills” (Ps. 50:10) and created the universe (Gen. 1:1), what can we possibly give him that he doesn’t already have? The answer is found is Psalm 100, which is outline of today’s Thanksgiving Worship Service. Prepare your heart to join our pastors, musicians and other leaders in Thanks-giving to God today!
Inheriting a Legacy
Facing the consequences of poor choices can leave us feeling defeated, but God can still bring blessings if we choose a better way moving forward. In week 2 of our Thanksgiving focus, our guest speaker Jason Allison challenges us from the story of Jacob in his message “Inheriting a Legacy.”
Did You Remember to Say, “Thank You?”
Christians ought to be the most grateful, polite people on the planet. Yet, how many of us fail to do the basics, like saying, “Thank You”? As we begin a three-week Thanksgiving focus, God’s Word will provide a renewed reminder of the importance of gratitude in the life of a Jesus-follower. Have your Bibles open to Luke 17 for Pastor Mark’s message “Did You Remember to Say, ‘Thank You’?”
